EQUIPMENT

Along with our selection of manufacturers that we represent, Revolution Marine is ready and willing to provide you with consultancy and assistance in choosing the best equipment for your needs.

Ballast Water Treatment System (BWTS)

Offering a remarkable Equipment Financing Service, CYECO (a Shanghai Electric company) allows the ship-owner to procure the system without the pressure of immediate full payment.

The CYECO BWTS operates a completely chemical-free process, deploys an effective automatic filtration system to remove large organisms and sediments, and powerful medium pressure UV to disinfect and inactivate small planktons, bacteria and pathogens.

Marine Growth Prevention System (MGPS)

CYECO‘s Marine Growth Prevention System accomplishes dual tasks – pipework anti-fouling and corrosion suppression, by taking advantages of active metal cations (or hypochlorite) generated based on the electrolytic principle and distributing the electrolyte into pipework using flowing seawater as media.

Impressed Current Cathodic Protection System (ICCP)

CYECO‘s ICCP system eliminates anodic area and forces it to be cathodic by impressing a current equal and opposite to the electrical involved in corrosion. The impressed current is provided by the direct electric current source (the potentiostat) with assistance from the auxiliary anode mounted on bull.

Glass-Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) Piping

Lightweight and easy to handle and install, GRE pipes have a smooth internal surface that reduces friction and enables a smoother flow capacity. GRE pipes have a lower thermal conductivity than steel, which is only 1% of steel values. This, in turn, reduces insulation costs and heat loss. With the exception of strong bases and acids, both sea and brackish water and mild corrosive liquids as mediums are suitable for GRE.

The Production of 30,000 meters of straight pipe sections and 20,000 pieces of pipe fittings every year, of which about one quarter are non-standard items. This translates to an annual production capacity for 200 ships.

Our Product Specifications: DN25-DN1100

Maximum Working Pressure: 16 bars

TUNA Marine has obtained BV/ ABS / LR /RINA/NK class certificates, while DNV-GL and CCS class certificates are on the on the way.

NOx Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR)

We offer shipowners its SCR catalyst as a reliable and easy-to-install/maintain solution for overcoming the IMO and EPA Tier III regulations. Available for both newbuilds and retrofits, it is compatible with both two-stroke and four-stroke engines.

Smart Cables

Our Smart Cable catalogue includes and is not limited to  bus cables, coaxial cables, fiber optic cables and communication cables for all applications ranging from offshore installation, maritime environment, fire protection, indoor/outdoor installation, ships, high-speed & light craft to data transmission.

Exhaust Gas Cleaning System (Dry/Membrane Scrubber)

Employing membrane technology that results in a zero-discharge system that is 50% smaller and 30% more energy-efficient than wet scrubbers, dry/membrane scrubber technology contains the absorption fluid (NaOH) in micro-porous ceramic membranes. Installed in the exhaust after the economizer, sulphur is stripped from the exhaust as pure sodium sulphite salts.

Dry Injection Desulfurization

Presenting the most sustainable and environmental solution for ship-owners, Dry Injection Desulfurization (DID) uses sodium bicarbonate to clean the exhaust, removing 99.9% of all sulfur oxides from the flue gas.
